These are not outsourced personnel, but live, VirtualRack support engineers and server administrators. They are fully experienced, well-trained and able to help troubleshoot your servers and services. Their goal is to keep your network availability as high as - or higher than - the levels specified in your service agreement, with full consideration for the performance, security and data integrity of your servers.
